BeautyRun accepts all returns that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Any returns accepted outside this time period may be subjected to a restocking fee.
You will be issued with store credit for the value of the item(s) you are returning. In order to issue the store credit, you must either have or create a BeautyRun account.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item(s). If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t
appeared in your BeautyRun account after 5 business days, please follow up with our Customer Service Team.
In order for us to process your return, please make sure that the item is in the original condition you received it, i.e:
Tags still attached
In its clear poly bag - please ensure the barcode label on the bag matches the garment name on the item’s tag
Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.
